Biography
Melio Saenz, specialist in Applied Mathematics (Fluid Mechanics). He has served as Professor at the National Polytechnic School of Ecuador, Central University of Ecuador, Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences FLACSO, University of the Americas UDLA Americas, Vanderbilt University (Nashville TN, USA ). He has been Director General of Science and Technology of Ecuador, PAHO / WHO consultant, UNESCO, OPEC, OLADE. He is currently the ecuadorian focal point of the Panamerican Network of Academies of Science (IANAS) Energy Group and he is a associated researcher in the Water and Soils Management Program (PROMAS) at University of Cuenca, Ecuador.
